The problem was that some dog food manufacturers were removing grain but substituting things like peas because they did not want to put more meat in their foods because the meat is more expensive. It was what they substituted that caused the problem. Orijen tundra is now manufactured in Kentucky, just bought a bag in november, and it states right on the bag made in Kentucky.
I have to be somehow wonder how you could have fresh Artic char in Kentucky? We have been feeding our five, soon to be six labs Orijen for years. Their overall health is much better. We tried the Natures Domain, and WIlderness by Blue, and our pups let us know they needed a higher quality dog food. Little shops stop selling Orijen because of who ever bought them out; I think Pedigree; Pedigree is not a reputable company.
